Powerful, energising, and playful, Michael’s classes use yoga as a moving meditation to invigorate the body and sharpen the mind for deeper self-awareness. Expect to sweat through a dynamic flow, focusing on building physical and mental strength, but also having fun along the way. with a balance of strength and flexibility, his classes are rooted in the astanga-based system but complemented with elements from rocket and dharma yoga that have informed his own practice over time.

the practice of yoga involves the entirety of the human condition. With conscious breath and movement we can withdraw from the distractions of the mind to find a little more stillness and composure. there is an incredible shift in the mind after practicing, where thoughts and worries are a little more distant and more in perspective.
